Foot reflexology tratment 

Foot reflexology is a holistic therapy (a healing technique that considers the person as a whole, ( body, mind and spirituality) which aims to restore the body's energy balance through the appropriate stimulation of specific foot points. The latter, in fact, would be directly connected with the areas of the body to be treated and which, therefore, would be treated by "reflex".
 The foot massage, in addition to being curative, also produces a precious relaxing effect that has a positive effect on high stress levels.
